• Canadiana - OK... first, keep expectations low, eh! The closest thing you're going to find to poutine, go to Pizza Grecia (in the Veneto district). The gravy is spot-on, and no, they don't get the cheese just right, but, en ostie les petit pois will put you in Chicootimi for a moment. The Bloody Caesars at Mahalo are correct. Canadian whiskey...

First of all, uhm, "sorry" for taking so long to get to this specific category. (Although this is an alphabetical listing, we weren't gonna make you wait until "Strip-club", to get to it ... we just couldn't fit it in any earlier in the batting order). And besides, "Ass Palace" or "Black-Light Barbie Fun House" just don't convey the right image. In any case, you shouldn't be objectifying half-naked women anyway, (you misogynistic bastard). Essentially there are only two acceptable places here to do so: You can get semi-stripnotized at Le Palace, or you can properly feed the peeler monkey at Platinum Rhino, Panama's only true, gentlemen's club - with cigars, a smoking patio, pool table, and actual strippers. Please note, these fine establishments are not Buff and Tugs. Sure, you can pull a shift at these Glitter Transfer Stations, but please, ABC - (Always Be Cool) ... keep your hands to yerself and always be a gentleman.

• Candlelit Dinner - If you want to romance her, go to Cascomar in Casco.

• Car rental - Mooving Car Rental. The only place we trust. Via Veneto.

• Casablanca - Jenny & Erik's favourite restaurant. Plaza Bolivar, Casco. Reserve here or 507 697-62800.

• Aardvarks: Actually, we don't really know any good ones anymore that we can recommend, sorry, but...

• Absolutely best margaritas - Yes...now we're talking! We really like them at the very cool bar atEmotions, in the Hilton hotel, (some of the best bartenders in the city and a very cool atmosphere). In Casco, we likeBlueMoon, (poker seat 17) and La Pulperia, (poker seat 24). In Obarrio, we like the happy-hour vibe at at Malagueña,(a very rocking street-side Spanish tapas and drinks place near Via Argentina). Honorable mention goes to a place called "La 10" (quite good, and only $1.50!)

• Don Julios (Habanos) - Sure...go there "just to buy cigars". And, sure, read Playboy just for the articles. (Evenings).

•Dranks - (As in, 'cheap pre-game drinking with the locals'). Start filling the tank at
"La 10" - they have a beer and cocktail menu (including very serviceable margaritas), and casual, inexpensive bar food... all for $1.50. Their Casco location has a good wrap-around balcony where you can smoke. You're welcome.

• Casinos - The old Veneto is now called 'The Waymore'. The Sortis has an excellent poker room - Chico runs it. The old Trump (JW Marriott) is OK.. but you can get yourself into all kinds of trouble at the bar, which we highly recommend)... We really like the Casino Royale's No Limit Hold 'Em Tuesday Tournament - 7pm.

• Clams - Frank's Place does the vongole properly...the way Sinatra liked them, heavy on the garlic.

• Bars - OK, so, there are A LOT of bars here that we like, (borderline alcoholism will do that), but we have our favorites, in many different categories - (cantinas, rooftops, hotel bars, pubs, sports bars, nightclubs, live music joints, dive bars, honkey-tonk/juke-joints... )

• Baba ghanoush - and all things Lebanese... our go-to is Beirut restaurant. In the "Red Zone" across from Casino Royal. Excellent outdoor terrasse, impeccable service. Bilal treats his guests as royalty.

•Bachelor Parties - Send a text to (507) 6438-0834. Write, "I need a new rug" and they'll point you (and The Dude") to the best White Russians, limousines, league bowling or whatever custom-tailored drunken chaos might entail to really tie the room together. Also, definitely go here, here, here, here.

• Bangers & Mash and other good pub food, (fantastic fish & chips) - The Wallace is owned and run by Rob & Stephanie. Their burgers keep winning, "Best in Panama" (because they're amazing). Great happy-hour vibe.

• Arepas - (and other good Colombian food). Delicias y Balcón Paisa. (Poker seat #14)

• Argentinian Steak - We like Parillada Martin Fierro, (poker seat #4), Gauchos, (Seat #12), and Los Años Locos. But, look, these are old-school steak houses, ok? That means, sure, home-made chimichurri sauce, but look, if you order your steak cooked well-done, (or put ketchup on it), or throw ketchup against the wall, or deny election results, or pay-off a porn star or incite a coup or steal classified documents and hide them at the same shitty golf club where you buried your 1st wife, well, they might (justifiably) ask you to leave.

• Auto rentals - We trust these guys... Mooving Car rental, Via Veneto. Ask for George.

Sinatra definitely would have approved.
